Are you organized, computer-savvy, and looking for an opportunity to build your office and administrative skills with a successful company?

Ken Ganley Kia Medina is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help organize documents, scan and maintain records, assist with deposits, enter data into computer systems, and provide general administrative support to our Human Resources and Payroll department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with computers, staying organized, and helping keep an office running smoothly.

We are open to training the right person with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. If you're looking for a stable position where you can learn valuable administrative skills while working with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Scan and organize employee and dealership documents
Enter and maintain information in various computer systems
Assist with filing and recordkeeping
Help prepare daily bank deposits
Support HR and payroll administrative processes
Assist with onboarding and employee paperwork
Maintain confidential records with accuracy and professionalism
Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Strong computer and data entry skills required
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Previous office, administrative, customer service, retail, banking, or clerical experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Resume must be uploaded to be considered
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
