Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop engaging social media strategies, and analyze performance metrics to maximize our online impact. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help us connect authentically with our audience, boost brand awareness, and drive meaningful engagement through diverse media channels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital voice and influence our marketing success.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Create high-quality, captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning and strategy adjustments.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and media editing to produce visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.
Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance community interaction.
Execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms using targeted strategies like Facebook Advertising to reach specific demographics effectively.
Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and manage media relations when necessary.
Track key marketing online analytics and media performance metrics regularly to measure ROI and refine marketing tactics for improved results.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for media production.
Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing online analytics for data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices for content marketing, branding strategies, and community engagement techniques.
Ability to craft compelling written content tailored for diverse audiences with excellent proofreading skills.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PR teams, designers, marketers, and external partners.
Experience in digital marketing performance monitoring including media editing tools for creating engaging visuals or videos is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest trends in social media marketing.
