I need 1-2 people that are willing to travel and do on-site jobs for us.

Travel could be for a couple of days to possibly weeks at a time.

When not traveling I would need them to work day shift Mon-Thurs 7:30am to 4:30pm and Fri 7:30am to 1:30pm

$12.00/hr when in town and $20.00 per hour while on-site. In town is Birmingham (Hoover, AL)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Traveling Onsite Document Prepper Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will travel to client sites to assist with preparing, organizing, and managing documents and materials for electronic conversion and storage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in diverse environments, ensuring accurate data handling and supporting our clients’ operational efficiency.

Duties

Travel to various client locations to perform onsite document preparation tasks
Organize, sort, and file paper documents according to established procedures
Assist with data entry, transcription, and scanning of documents into digital formats
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval
Maintain detailed records of all prepared materials and document processing activities
Support the setup of databases or spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during onsite activities

Requirements

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and basic office software
Experience with databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, or pivot tables is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and data collection tasks
Ability to perform clerical duties such as typing, order entry, and basic math calculations accurately
Previous office or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with data transcription or data collection is advantageous
Willingness to travel regularly to multiple client sites as needed
Good physical stamina for standing, walking, and handling documents during onsite work
