Responsibilities:

- Working with homeowners

- Pick up material as needed

- Prepare work schedules

- Scope reconstruction projects using Matterport and submit to estimating department to write estimate

- Explain Who Brookstone is, explain the process and set expectations with customer to increase likelihood of selling the job

- Follow up with customers from previous week on Friday afternoons to give them an update on their estimate and what the next steps are; document the conversation in PSA notes

- Open communication with estimators and claims coordinators on all projects scoped

- Add note in PSA once Matterport is uploaded and link so claims coordinator and estimator know it is ready

- After inspection, submit likelihood of sale to claims coordinator using the below scale

o 1 = 100%

o 2 = 80%

o 3 = 60%

o 4 = 40%

o 5 = RUN FROM JOB

- Reports to Sales Manager and will be involved in weekly sales meeting

Qualifications:

- 3 years experience in residential remodeling

- Proficient in computers and learning new systems

- Great Customer Service skills. Able to work with homeowners and insurance companies.

- Can pass a background check and drug test

- Valid drivers license with good drivers record

Compensation:

- $40,000-$50,000 Depending on experience

- Bonus pay
