Fleet Fitness — Mobile Personal Trainer

About Us
Fleet Fitness delivers a mobile gym and personalized training where clients live, work, and gather. We provide one‑on‑one and small‑group training in homes, workplaces, parks, and community centers, and partner with ProFit (South Huntsville) for group sessions and gym‑based clients. We serve all ages and focus on strength, fat loss, mobility, sports performance, and long‑term wellness. Fleet Fitness offers trainers the opportunity to grow a client base in a flexible, mobile environment.

Position Summary
We are seeking a certified, motivated Mobile Personal Trainer to deliver safe, effective, and engaging training to clients at on‑site locations and at ProFit (South Huntsville). This role is ideal for trainers who enjoy varied environments, building relationships, and growing a loyal clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions at client locations and at ProFit.
Conduct client assessments and design customized programs aligned with goals (strength, fat loss, mobility, sports performance, rehab support).
Teach proper technique, progressions, and basic wellness principles.
Monitor and document client progress; update programs and communicate scheduling clearly to both clients and Fleet Fitness owner.
Represent Fleet Fitness professionally and educate clients on services and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and motivate clients to achieve milestones.

Qualifications

Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (required).
Proven experience coaching individuals across diverse ages and abilities.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, program design, and safety.
Excellent communication, punctuality, and professional presence.
Self‑starter attitude and willingness to learn Fleet Fitness systems.
