THE ROLE

This is a field-based position representing our home inspection company and our pest control company across the Birmingham and Huntsville markets. Your job is to build real relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and office staff that drive consistent referral business for both sides of the business — home inspections and pest control.

You won't be sitting behind a screen. You'll be out in offices, at agent meetings, and at industry events. You are the face of both brands in the field, and the quality of your presence is the product.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Visit real estate offices and build ongoing relationships with agents and brokers across the Birmingham and Huntsville metros
Market both our home inspection and pest control services to real estate agents — positioning us as their go-to referral for inspections and pest/termite work
Represent both brands at networking events and industry gatherings
Follow up consistently and thoughtfully — people should be glad to hear from you
Track your activity and report on relationship progress (we keep it simple)
Collaborate with your marketing manager to refine messaging and targeting across both service lines
Be the eyes and ears on the ground — your field intel shapes strategy

BACKGROUND THAT TRANSLATES WELL

We're not looking for a specific résumé. We're looking for a specific person. That said, experience in any of the following tends to produce great candidates:

Hospitality
Customer-facing sales
Real estate (any role)
Event coordination
B2B account management
Community outreach
Brand ambassador work

At least 1 year in a people-facing role is preferred. What matters more is that you can point to moments where you built trust with strangers and turned them into repeat relationships.

COMPENSATION

Hourly base rate + performance bonus tied to relationship milestones and referral activity across both service lines. Details shared during the interview process. This is a full-time position with a predictable income floor and real upside for people who show up and build.

Pay: $50,352.59 - $65,639.68 per year
