About Us:

IWS LLC is a growing logistics/warehousing company committed to delivering excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control/Quality Assurance Associate to support our growing operations and help ensure optimal inventory accuracy.

Position Summary:

The Inventory Control/Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating inventory counts, and identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies. This is a floater position that provides coverage across multiple facilities within our organization. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel between assigned locations as staffing and operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and validate inbound/outbound paperwork record

· Updating and monitoring the facility shipment scheduling system

· Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal inventory organization

· Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories

· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances

· Coordinate with inventory coordinator and management to ensure inventory accuracy

· Assist in implementing and improving inventory control procedures

· Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

· Job site location is in a warehouse, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and standing for extended periods of time

· Travel between locations to ensure adequate staffing coverage.

· Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 1+ years of inventory control or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

· Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Fishbowl)

· Strong Excel and data entry skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

· Effective communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
