Pay Range

$81,600.00-$112,200.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

We're looking for a Senior Purchaser to lead procurement and inventory management for our manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll ensure a reliable supply of raw materials, packaging, and MRO materials while identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support uninterrupted operations.

Your Day to Day:

Manage purchasing and inventory for raw materials, packaging, and MRO supplies.
Oversee approximately $1M-$10M in annual spend and local service contracts.
Ensure continuous material availability to support production.
Negotiate with suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on sourcing and improvement initiatives.
Qualify new suppliers and develop alternative sourcing strategies.
Drive inventory optimization and reduce obsolete materials.
Track and report supplier performance and savings results.

What You Bring to the Team:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of purchasing or sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing supplier relationships, inventory, and negotiations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
CPIM, CPM, or similar certification preferred.
