Within the Private Markets division, the Valuation Services team is looking for a Senior Analyst to make an immediate impact on delivering valuation services and support to several Venture Capital/Private Equity clients spread across the US and APAC regions. The analyst will be working on ASC 820 valuations for fair value reporting within a close-knit team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Lead client engagements, including the gathering and reviewing of underlying source data, project management, communication around timelines and deliverables, and audit support
Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $110,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. Basic Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of private markets valuation methodologies, including Black-Scholes OPM, with the ability to perform valuations for VC/PE portfolios and early-stage companies with complex capital structures
