Duties

- Support event marketing efforts by promoting services through social media, email campaigns, and other channels to attract new clients.
- Manage event budgets by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Utilize event management software and CRM systems to organize client information, schedules, and vendor contacts efficiently.
- Oversee guest services and hospitality arrangements, including catering coordination, banquet setup, and guest accommodations.
- Lead on-site during wedding days to oversee logistics, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or hospitality industries such as hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in banquet operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of catering operations, restaurant service standards, or hotel event management enhances your suitability for this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required for wedding events.
