Job Description:
As a Team Member, you will play an essential role in providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders from guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Take and prepare food and drink orders according to company recipes and standards.
- Accurately charge for orders and handle transactions promptly and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Perform side duties including cleaning, cutting fresh fruit and vegetables, washing dishes, and taking out trash.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking items as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Other duties as assigned by the store management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading the team during assigned shifts. - Customer Service:

- Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service and engagement, contributing to repeat business and customer retention.
- Financial Management:
- Manage store financials, including tracking daily sales, controlling costs, and managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve financial targets and ensure profitability.
- Accurately manage cash handling procedures, including deposits, cash drawer management, and bank reconciliations.
- Inventory & Ordering:
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies and products to ensure optimal stock levels without over-ordering or waste.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, manage food cost control, and minimize waste.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective sourcing of ingredients and supplies.
- Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Implement local marketing strategies and participate in promotional events to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Foster relationships within the community to drive catering business, partnerships, and brand visibility.
- Ensure the store is aligned with national and local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a leadership role within the quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Experience with P&L management and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in restaurant management software, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or hospitality management is a plus.
