Job Summary

This role serves as the bridge between Ownership and Operational Staff, overseeing and driving daily operations, employee relations, HR coordination, and company culture. Primary responsibilities include managing the Operational Staff and ensuring completion of daily and weekly workloads requirements. The position focuses heavily on employee retention, team success, and fostering a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment. This individual leads by example, steps in to support the team when needed, and helps create a strong, approachable, people-first company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Operational Staff responsibilities and deliverables
Implement a CRM platform to centralize customer data, improve engagement, and drive retention
Communicate company updates, policy changes, and operational information to staff
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations when the owner or leadership is out of office
Organizes and monitors required Operational Staff Training Plans driving continual growth
Perform Quarterly Performance updates and Annual Operation Staff Reviews
Assists Ownership with driving a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
Meets weekly with Ownership to provide updates on key deliverables for the Operations Team
Help develop and implement processes and systems that improve team efficiency and morale
Collaborate across departments to ensure operational alignment and communication
Manage HR administration, payroll, onboarding, and employee records through ADP
Lead by example with a hands-on, team-player approach as needed
Assist Ownership to Organize team-building initiatives, employee recognition, and culture-focused activities

Required Skills

5+ Years demonstrated experience in Leading and Managing a team of 15+ staff
Ability to Implement a CRM platform to centralize customer data, improve engagement, and drive retention
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and ADP administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage day-to-day operations independently and deliver weekly updates to Ownership
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Employee based Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skill
Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and positive attitude
Ability and willingness to step into operational or staffing support roles when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/payroll software
Ability to motivate teams and create a positive work environment
