Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent/Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team at Four Points. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting food and beverage operations, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently while delivering excellent food and beverage service.

Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional check-in experience.
Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
Answer phone calls promptly and assist guests with inquiries regarding accommodations, amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, food and beverage offerings, policies, and local events to provide accurate information to guests.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Assist in maintaining the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
Running nightly audit reports.
Set up, replenish, and maintain breakfast, bar, or other food and beverage service areas in accordance with hotel standards.
Prepare and serve food and beverages while ensuring quality presentation and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Take food and beverage orders, process payments accurately, and provide attentive, friendly service to guests.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and kitchen service areas.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk, guest relations, or food and beverage role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
Experience with food handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, or bar and restaurant operations is an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate a variety of guests.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of resort operations, food and beverage service, and hotel amenities is a plus.
Ability to multitask between front desk responsibilities and food and beverage operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
