Responsibilities

Assist in identifying client needs through active listening and effective communication to recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Support senior brokers in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
Engage with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details clearly and confidently.
Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and policy consultations under supervision to refine your sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up actions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote life insurance products through various channels including telemarketing and community outreach.
Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), insurance laws, and compliance standards to ensure ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex insurance concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a proactive approach to client engagement.
Basic analysis skills to evaluate client needs and match them with appropriate insurance products.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving a diverse client base.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Knowledge of property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance concepts is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Customer service experience emphasizing client communication and relationship building skills.
Understanding of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance is advantageous.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
