Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Manager of Bed and Breakfast, where your leadership will create memorable guest experiences in a charming and welcoming environment. In this role, you will oversee all daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service standards, and manage a dedicated team to deliver a seamless and personalized stay for every visitor. Your passion for hospitality, strong managerial skills, and multilingual abilities will drive the success of our boutique property, fostering a warm atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest relations, and housekeeping coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise hospitality teams, providing leadership, training, and performance management to uphold service excellence.
Manage hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to optimize bookings and guest data accuracy.
Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through dynamic pricing and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate human resources activities such as staffing schedules, onboarding, and staff development programs.
Maintain hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and oversee billing, invoicing, and expense control.
Uphold hotel guest service standards by ensuring high-quality guest interactions, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently while promoting resort amenities.
Conduct night audits and oversee financial operations related to overnight stays to ensure accuracy in revenue reporting.
Foster a positive team environment through effective managerial communication and leadership that motivates staff to deliver exceptional guest services.

Requirements

Proven supervisory or management experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in boutique hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations.
Experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management software.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations in a hospitality setting.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage hospitality teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of hotel guest service standards.
Familiarity with human resources procedures including staffing, training, and employee relations.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong communication skills for managerial correspondence and guest interactions via multi-line phone systems or face-to-face engagement.
