Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools
Perform data entry tasks with precision using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and Google Workspace
Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
Support office management activities including supply inventory, document organization, and record keeping
Utilize technical proficiency in computer skills, including Word processing, data entry, and office productivity software to streamline daily operations

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and client communication abilities
Familiarity with office management systems such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Experience working in medical or dental reception environments is beneficial but not required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data management tools
Strong typing skills along with time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
