Job Summary and Qualifications

As the scheduler for the Cath Lab at our facility, you will provide timely, courteous and professional service to patients and physicians when scheduling procedures for the Cath Lab. Our team has a passion for creating positive patient interactions and is dedicated to caring for the multi-faceted wellness of those we serve. In this role:

You will represent our hospital teams by interacting in a professional manner while scheduling Cath Lab procedures for the Cath Lab.

You will assist with inventory control through proper ordering of supplies, CDM requisitions and routine ordering of supplies.

You will ensure that proper billing documentation is recorded on an as needed basis.

You will assist staff with the collection and input of data for the ACC, NCDR and carotid registries.

You will work closely with physicians’ offices to assure overall customer satisfaction.

You will complete other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

One year of medical office scheduling experience preferred.

Strong organizational, Interpersonal and Customer service skills.

Clerical skills required

High School Graduate/GED
