Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain smooth office operations, manage multi-line phone systems, and support administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to support office operations.
Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and clerical duties like copying and filing.
Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and assisting with administrative requests as needed.

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, including roles such as receptionist or personal assistant.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and general clerical tasks.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant clerical experience is valued highly. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative skills in a supportive environment while making meaningful contributions every day!

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
