Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Role

You will contact customers regarding unsold estimates, completed service invoices, maintenance opportunities, memberships, system replacements, and marketing leads. Your goal is to generate additional revenue, increase lead volume, strengthen customer relationships, and support company sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls.
Convert unsold estimates and technician recommendations into booked appointments or sales.
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Accurately maintain customer information and activity within ServiceTitan.
Follow company sales processes and Nexstar best practices.
Work closely with Comfort Advisors, Technicians, Dispatch, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Assist with marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
Track daily activities, sales opportunities, and performance metrics.
Promote maintenance memberships and additional products and services when appropriate.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Day-to-Day Expectations

Complete daily call lists and assigned follow-up activities.
Document every customer interaction in ServiceTitan.
Follow approved sales scripts and communication standards.
Maintain activity trackers and performance metrics.
Support department goals for call volume, booked appointments, and revenue.
Deliver a five star customer experience on every interaction.

Competencies for Success

Previous inside sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized with excellent follow-through.
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
