Role Description

Request, review, and organize medical records and other case-related documents.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, court personnel, and opposing counsel via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
Draft and revise letters to clients, opposing counsel, etc.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and court appearances.
Draft and submit Workers’ Compensation Board forms through the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation Integrated Claims Management System (ICMS).
Manage case files.
Perform additional administrative and legal support duties as assigned.
