What You'll Be Responsible For:

Growing the Business

As Clinic Manager, you'll take ownership of your clinic's overall performance by:

Driving monthly revenue, membership, retail, and treatment package goals
Increasing provider utilization through strategic scheduling and operational planning
Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans to improve results
Building relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities
Helping create a culture focused on growth, accountability, and exceptional client care

Leading & Developing Your Team

You'll coach and develop a team of talented nurses, providers, coordinators, and support staff by:

Creating an engaging, positive, and high-performing work environment
Coaching providers to confidently educate clients and recommend personalized treatment plans
Helping your team improve consultation quality, client communication, and treatment plan acceptance
Conducting regular coaching conversations focused on professional growth and performance
Recognizing and celebrating individual and team success

Driving Sales Excellence

Success in this role means helping your team build long-term client relationships through education and trust.

You'll help your team:

Increase membership enrollments
Grow treatment package sales
Increase retail skincare recommendations
Improve client retention and rebooking
Deliver personalized treatment plans that support each client's aesthetic goals

Leading Daily Operations

You'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic by:

Managing staffing, scheduling, payroll support, inventory, and clinic operations
Maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards
Ensuring providers have productive schedules while delivering an exceptional client experience
Creating a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for both clients and team members

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

3+ years of leadership experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, or another consultative healthcare environment
A proven track record of leading teams and achieving revenue or sales goals
Experience coaching providers, nurses, estheticians, or service professionals to improve performance
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing KPIs, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational performance
Confidence using EMR, CRM, scheduling, or medical practice management software
