Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will support our office operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in clerical tasks, customer service, and office management will shine.

Duties

Enter, update, and maintain data within spreadsheets, databases, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks with precision and speed
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer support and client communication
Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing them appropriately using phone etiquette and organizational skills
Support office management tasks by organizing files, proofreading documents, and ensuring accurate word processing using various office productivity tools
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct routine audits of data entries for quality assurance, proofreading for errors, and verifying information against source documents
Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with personal assistant duties as needed

Experience

Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating familiarity with data entry procedures and customer service excellence
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and productivity software such as QuickBooks
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and delivering professional phone communication with clients and colleagues
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Technical proficiency in data entry, proofreading, typing accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Prior experience supporting front desk operations or administrative tasks enhances your suitability for this role
