Full time, 10 hour shifts Tuesday - Friday; No weekends

$19/ hour

Our small, fast-paced private, physician-owned dermatology practice is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team! We pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative work environment, and we're seeking someone with a positive attitude who can match our energy and dedication.

Responsibilities:

Prepare exam rooms and assist in patient flow.
Take detailed medical histories, including reviewing medications and allergies.
Ensure rooms are stocked and ready for exams and procedures.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Work with a diverse patient population, including adult and pediatric patients.
Scribe for doctors during patient visits to ensure efficient and accurate documentation.
Support providers in delivering outstanding dermatologic care.
Contribute to the team's overall efficiency and success.

What We're Looking For:

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Previous medical assistant experience a plus.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Experience with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) EHR is a plus!
