Full Job Description

Join a Growing Team That Builds More Than Signs

Ayzo Ridge Consultants, LLC is a fast-growing architectural signage consulting and project management firm specializing in wayfinding, code signage, fabrication coordination, permitting, and installation management. We partner with architects, general contractors, developers, healthcare systems, higher education institutions, and commercial clients throughout New England, New York, and the Carolinas.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Estimator / Projects Coordinator to join our team. This position is primarily focused on estimating signage projects, with the opportunity to coordinate smaller projects from award through completion. If you enjoy analyzing construction drawings, developing accurate estimates, and solving complex problems, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.

What You'll Do: Estimating (Primary Focus)

Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for commercial signage projects.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs and identify project scope.
Develop material, fabrication, labor, and installation cost estimates.
Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare bid proposals, value engineering options, and change order pricing.
Track bid opportunities and proposal deadlines.
Maintain estimating databases and historical pricing information.

Project Coordination (Secondary Focus)

Coordinate small projects from award through completion.
Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Coordinate permitting and project documentation.
Prepare project documentation, change orders, and closeout packages.
Maintain organized project files and tracking systems.
Support the Project Management team as needed.

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is preferred but not required.
Experience in construction estimating, commercial signage, architectural products, fabrication, engineering, or commercial construction is preferred but not required.
