Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth office functioning. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, staff, and guests alike. Duties

Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office
Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and transfer calls with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
Maintain front desk appearance, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software for invoicing and expense tracking
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring positive interactions at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles within an office environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are a plus
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, filing, and record keeping
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
Clerical experience combined with customer support background preferred
Personal assistant or administrative experience that includes calendar management and basic bookkeeping is advantageous
Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, data entry protocols, and office software literacy
