Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Staff / Receptionist to join our team at our Fixed Based Operator (FBO). In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help streamline daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the overall efficiency of our facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced aviation environment where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, directing calls appropriately and maintaining clear communication
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support administrative functions
Oversee office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling
Handle clerical tasks including data entry, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities using company software
Support customer support efforts by assisting clients with inquiries and providing information about services offered
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized; perform general administrative duties to keep the workspace tidy and efficient

Skills

Proven experience in front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace
Familiarity with clerical tasks like proofreading, filing, and calendar management
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus for supporting executive or team needs
