Help People Move Better. Feel Better. Live Better.
Are you studying Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Personal Training, Yoga, or another movement-based field?
Or maybe you’re already working in fitness and want a fun, flexible way to build experience while earning steady income?
If you love learning about the human body, working with different types of people, and helping someone walk out feeling better than when they walked in, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What Makes This Job Different?
At Stretch Zone, you won't spend your day sitting behind a desk.
You'll work one-on-one with real people and real bodies—from athletes and weekend warriors to busy professionals, grandparents, and people simply looking to move better as they age.
Every person is different.
Every body teaches you something.
And every session is an opportunity to become better at what you do.
We'll teach you our proprietary assisted stretching method, so you don't need to walk in as an expert. What matters most is that you're curious, coachable, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
What You'll Do
Lead 1-on-1 Stretch Sessions
Guide clients through customized assisted stretching sessions designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and movement.
Learn About the Human Body
Work with dozens of different bodies, movement patterns, limitations, and goals. It's a great environment for anyone interested in PT, fitness, exercise science, coaching, or movement.
Build Relationships
Get to know your clients, understand what they want to accomplish, and become someone they look forward to seeing.
Help Keep Your Schedule Full
When you're not working with a client, you'll help us reach out to prospects who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone and help get appointments scheduled. This is an important part of the role—and a great opportunity to develop communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Make Outreach Calls
You'll have opportunities to connect with potential clients, answer questions, follow up, and invite people into the studio for their first experience.
Be Part of the Studio
Help keep the studio clean, organized, energetic, and welcoming.
Get Involved in the Community
Occasionally participate in local events, workshops, and community outreach to help more people discover the benefits of mobility and assisted stretching.
