Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to estimate projects
- Develop new business through networking and relationship building
- Build and maintain partnerships with insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial clients
- Schedule and oversee project production
- Lead team members to ensure quality work and outstanding customer service
- Manage project documentation and administrative task
Qualifications
- Sales, estimating, or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
