Operations Coordinator

Part-Time with Full-Time Opportunity
Beloved Cheesecakes | Albany, Oregon

At Beloved Cheesecakes, we're about more than cheesecake.

Our mission is simple: to make people feel loved while honoring God through excellence, relationships, and service. We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to chaos, creating systems, solving problems, and helping a growing business thrive.

This position begins part-time (24–30 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

What You'll Do

Help organize and improve our daily operations
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist ownership with administrative projects and business systems
Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and business partners
Help manage schedules, documents, files, and office organization
Order supplies and follow through on projects until they're completed
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
Support a variety of day-to-day operational needs as our business continues to grow

Operations, administrative, or office coordination
Creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Project or task management
Customer service and professional phone communication
Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
QuickBooks, Shopify, Square, or similar business software
Working in a fast-paced small business environment
Event planning, scheduling, or coordinating multiple priorities
