Carpe Diem Behavioral Health is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, ethical, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in a fully remote position.

This is an opportunity for a BCBA who wants the flexibility of remote work without feeling disconnected from their clinical team. Our BCBAs work alongside RBTs, families, caregivers, educators, and fellow clinicians to create meaningful, individualized treatment experiences for every client.

As a BCBA with Carpe Diem, you will provide clinical oversight and individualized ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.

Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.

Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.

Analyze clinical data and make data-driven treatment decisions.

Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to RBTs.

Train caregivers and other members of the client's support team.

Collaborate with families, schools, educators, and other professionals as clinically appropriate.

Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical data.

Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to direct-care staff.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards and applicable regulations.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and other clinical collaboration.

Advocate for individualized, compassionate, and socially significant outcomes for clients and families.

We are looking for a BCBA who is:

Currently certified as a BCBA and in good standing with the BACB.

Licensed or eligible for applicable Georgia requirements.

Experienced working with children and/or individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Knowledgeable in evidence-based ABA practices.

Comfortable conducting assessments, analyzing data, and developing individualized treatment plans.

A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with families and clinical teams.

Organized, dependable, and able to manage responsibilities independently.

Comfortable providing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.

Committed to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered ABA services.

Comfortable utilizing telehealth and remote communication platforms.

Believe ABA should focus on meaningful quality-of-life outcomes, not simply reducing numbers on a graph.

Enjoy mentoring and developing RBTs.

Build strong partnerships with families rather than simply providing treatment recommendations.

Are comfortable thinking creatively when a client isn't making expected progress.

Value collaboration over working in a silo.

Want to grow with an organization rather than simply hold a position.
