At Mel Carr Electric, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who will be the friendly, professional voice of our company. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in booking appointments, supporting our field team, and helping to ensure a smooth, exceptional experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls and convert them into booked service appointments
Schedule and match the right technician to the right job
Communicate with customers throughout the day to provide updates
Keep customer records accurate and organized
Work closely with dispatch and field teams to ensure a smooth workflow
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow professionally
