Job description

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by efficiently managing the administrative tasks for our sales process. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Job Duties:

Review all sales contracts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and customer expectations.
Support the sales team with general operations to reach company objectives.
Compiling sales packets to prepare sales team for customer appointments.
Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Qualifications:

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role, preferred.
