Administrative Coordinator - Full Time
Niskayuna, NY
Imagine how good it would feel to provide state-of-the-art care to people who really need it.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Answer phone calls and direct appropriately
Create and maintain excel spreadsheets tracking departmental information
Navigate patient management system for reporting and worklist completion
Review all paperwork for accuracy
File and track all paperwork
Complete reports on a regular basis as directed
Schedule meetings for management team and maintain schedule of direct manager(s)
Attend meetings and take minutes
Prepare confidential personnel paperwork
Provide administrative support to clinical areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree is required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task within a high paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
