Luxury Haircare Brand Ambassador

Location: 1335 6th Ave, New York
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: Immediate
Initial Contract Length: 6 months
Onboarding/Training: Provided by the brand
Hours: Part-time, ongoing, very flexible hours even one day 1 week.

Elite Associates, a leading luxury retail and beauty recruitment agency, is partnering with an award-winning luxury haircare brand to recruit a Luxury Haircare Brand Ambassador.

Our client is an award-winning luxury haircare house renowned for its commitment to high-performance formulas, exceptional product quality, and elevated client experience. With a strong presence in the premium beauty market, the brand is celebrated for combining innovation, efficacy, and a refined approach to haircare. Focused on delivering results-driven products and building meaningful connections with clients, it has established itself as a respected name within luxury retail and beauty.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to earn additional income while enjoying a highly flexible working schedule. The role offers the opportunity to work minimum approximately three 4-hour shifts per month, with flexibility around availability, making it ideal for those seeking supplementary income alongside another role, studies, freelance work, or other commitments.

We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven professional to represent the brand across key retail partner locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury beauty who enjoys building meaningful retail relationships and can confidently embody the presence, values, and standards of a premium haircare brand in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand within luxury beauty retail environments, delivering an elevated and memorable client experience
Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance across partner locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail leadership teams and store associates
Ensure store teams remain educated, engaged, and confident in selling the collection between visits
Act as a trusted brand partner and advocate on the shop floor
Support in-store events, activations, and client experiences to enhance brand visibility
Organise approximately one locally driven event per month to increase awareness, footfall, and sales
Manage scheduling and store coverage efficiently across multiple locations

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience within luxury beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or premium retail
A genuine passion for high-performance haircare, natural ingredients, and luxury client service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting retail relationships
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple locations effectively
Experience within department stores, beauty retailers, or luxury concessions is highly desirable
Professional, polished, reliable, and self-motivated
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Seeking a long-term opportunity with consistency and growth potential
