Arrowood Designs, a commercial cabinet & millwork company, located in Norwood, NC near Lake Tillery, is looking for a "Can Do" Manager, male or female, that is interested becoming an integral part of our Management Team. We would prefer Full Time, but will consider Part Time. What is most important to us is FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON. We will consider Flexible Hours depending on your needs.
The focus of this position is to track the performance of Key Members of our Staff with Data and report your Findings to upper management.
To achieve this, you will:
- Track Daily Production
- Track Performance of Estimators
- Track time spent on a variety of Projects and Job Functions
- Monitor Bookkeeping and other Financial Data
- Possibly participate in Hiring and Firing
Pay Rate will be based on your experience and ability. Relocation assistance and/or temporary housing is a possibility.
Skills you will need include:
- Excellent People Skills
- Good Working Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
- Analytical Thinking
- Problem Solving
- Some knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Bookkeeping would be beneficial
Arrowood works as a sub contractor primarily for large, sometimes multi billion dollar, commercial construction companies in the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern US. We also work on US Government Projects nationwide. Our office is extremely casual, but our Industry demands that our work be very Professional. We are looking for a special person to become an important and respected member of our Management Team.
