As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight while ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and organizational success.
Responsibilities include:

Lead and oversee daily community operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations

Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies, policies, and procedures
-
Foster employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of excellence throughout the community

Collaborate with leadership teams, department managers, and interdisciplinary partners to achieve organizational goals
-
Ensure exceptional resident care, quality outcomes, and outstanding customer service
-
Support financial stewardship, operational performance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Champion the mission, vision, and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest

Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe, required

Bachelor's degree in Long-Term Care Administration, Management, Human Services, or a related field required

Minimum three years of experience serving as a Long-Term Care Administrator required

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
