Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist
Location: St. John's Lutheran Community
Position type: Full-time, benefited,1.0 FTE
Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings: This position will primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC, and ALF/IFL.
