Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing company. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing document processing, answering phones and emails, entering data into our system, and assisting with administrative tasks. While prior administrative experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. A Notary Public certification and bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors, determine their purpose of visit, and assist accordingly.
Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information.
Perform clerical duties, including organizing files, making copies, and managing documents.
Monitor the front desk and ensure compliance with visitor security procedures.
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference and meeting rooms.
Perform data entry and assist with report generation.
Support paralegals and attorneys with administrative tasks.
Assist with other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience: 2 years of administrative or clerical work (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
Ability to commute reliably to Albuquerque, NM.
