Job Description:

TLC is seeking a Chief of Staff who knows how to turn priorities into action and action into results.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, operations, and execution. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and leaders across our divisions to create clarity, strengthen accountability, and ensure the company’s most important priorities move forward.

This is not a role for someone who simply coordinates meetings, tracks tasks, or waits for direction. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to happen, creates the structure to make it happen, and follows through until the outcome is achieved.

What You'll Do:

Translate executive priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, measures, and deadlines.
Own company-wide and cross-functional initiatives from planning through successful completion.
Lead TLC's weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership operating rhythm, ensuring meetings result in decisions, accountability, and action.
Maintain visibility to leadership commitments, priorities, risks, and obstacles and drive timely resolution.
Hold leaders accountable directly, consistently, and respectfully.
Partner with executive and People leadership to strengthen the leadership pipeline, fill critical GM and division-leader positions, and support successful leadership transitions.
Identify organizational gaps and help maintain clear responsibilities, accountability, decision rights, and organizational structure as the company grows.
Strengthen operating systems and processes that improve consistency, visibility, and execution across the organization.
Partner with executive and financial leadership to reinforce financial accountability, including job costing, purchasing controls, budget-to-actual performance, and corrective action.
Provide oversight and accountability for key strategic initiatives, capital projects, expansions, relocations, and facility projects.
Identify business, operational, financial, safety, and organizational risks and ensure appropriate action and follow-through.
