Position Summary
Warehouse Associates support the labeling, packaging, organization, and preparation of Company products. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, accuracy, cleanliness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a regulated production and warehouse environment.
Warehouse Associates may be assigned to labeling, packaging, inventory support, product handling, cleaning, stocking, organizing, or other warehouse tasks based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Roll Production
- Assist with the production of pre-roll products according to Company procedures.
- Prepare and grind materials for pre-roll production.
- Fill, tube, and package pre-rolls with accuracy and consistency.
- Box finished pre-roll products and prepare them for distribution.
- Assist with weighing, counting, sorting, and organizing materials throughout the production process.
- Follow established production standards to ensure product quality and consistency.
Labeling, Packaging, and Compliance
- Accurately label, package, organize, and prepare products according to Company procedures.
- Review labels, packaging, product information, and batch details for accuracy.
- Follow Company standards for product handling, packaging, labeling, and quality control.
- Assist with weighing, counting, sorting, staging, and organizing products as assigned.
- Identify and report inconsistencies, damaged items, label issues, or product concerns to a supervisor.
- Follow all applicable Company policies, safety rules, and compliance requirements.
Inventory and Warehouse Support
- Organize products, supplies, labels, packaging materials, and completed items by type, batch, or assigned category.
- Assist with inventory counts, product movement, and warehouse organization as directed.
- Help maintain accurate records in Company systems or assigned tracking documents.
- Support other warehouse departments or production areas as business needs require.
Cleanliness, Safety, and Quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
- Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and product-handling procedures.
- Operate assigned tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while performing repetitive production tasks.
- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or workplace hazards promptly.
Teamwork and Reliability
- Report to work as scheduled and follow attendance and call-in procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members, leads, supervisors, and management.
- Follow instructions carefully and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Adapt to changing production priorities and operational needs.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive work environment.
Availability and Scheduling
Warehouse schedules are assigned based on business needs, staffing levels, production needs, department needs, and operational priorities.
Employees may be scheduled for weekdays, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, or other shifts based on business needs and assigned department.
Open availability is generally expected unless availability restrictions are disclosed in writing and approved by the Company.
For this purpose, availability restrictions means days or times you are not available to work. Availability preferences are not the same as restrictions and may not be approved or followed.
Full-time or part-time status will be determined based on business needs, availability, position requirements, and assigned schedule. No specific number of hours, shifts, days, schedule pattern, department assignment, or work location is guaranteed.
Qualifications
Required
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to follow detailed policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with coworkers, leads, supervisors, and management.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Prior warehouse, production, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, inventory, fulfillment, or quality-control experience.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- Experience with packaging machinery, labeling equipment, scales, inventory systems, or production tracking tools.
- Prior cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required.
Physical and Work Requirements
Essential job functions may include:
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements.
- Working at a workstation or production area for extended periods.
- Lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Handling labels, packaging materials, products, tools, and warehouse supplies.
- Using workplace technology, scanners, scales, printers, labeling systems, packaging tools, or inventory systems.
- Working in a warehouse or production environment with changing priorities, repetitive tasks, deadlines, and operational demands.

Compensation and Benefits
- $15.50 per hour.
