Reporting directly to the Regional and Operations Managers, you’ll serve as a strategic partner, mentor to our Directors, and guardian of our high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Auditing: Conduct regular scheduled inspections, deep-dive audits, and meetings across centers to guarantee total regulatory compliance, safety, and our signature quality standards.
Financial & Strategic Stewardship: Monitor financial reporting, client rates, discounts, marketing, and center budgets. Identify gaps, course-correct efficiently, and execute strategies to expand the program.
Leadership Development: Maintain and lead robust onboarding and training programs. Ensure Center Directors and their management teams are fully equipped to inspire and lead their staff.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all programs maintain top-tier accreditations, excel in state-funded program requirements, and deliver an exceptional curriculum.
Talent Management: Attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members. Handle performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations with mature professionalism and integrity.
Ultimate Team Player: Lead by example. You are a self-starter who is willing and ready to jump into any center role to support your team when needed—whether that means acting as interim Director, cooking, or driving the bus!

What You Bring to the Table

Proven Multi-Site Leadership: You have a track record of successfully managing operations across multiple childcare locations.
The Credentials: You currently hold and can maintain Child Care Licensing Director Qualifications (per State requirements), plus current First Aid/CPR and a Food Handlers Permit.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
Values-Driven Approach: Unwavering integrity, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a professional commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Adaptability: You thrive in an autonomous environment and possess the grit to handle everything from high-level strategy to direct center support.
