Office Hours: This position requires 29 in-office hours per week Monday–Friday. Tuesday evenings are required during Bible Studies and Special Events. Occasional weekday evening leadership meetings and ministry endeavors, event setup days, and occasional weekend availability in support of Bible Studies, Special Events, and ministry initiatives.
Purpose:
To creatively communicate the heart of Sheologie through digital media, visual storytelling, and intentional brand experiences that encourage women to grow in their relationship with Jesus and connect within the Sheologie community.
The Social Media & Brand Experience Coordinator supports the mission of Sheologie through social media management, creative design, event branding, photography, and promotional communication. This role is responsible for developing Christ-centered digital content and visually engaging ministry experiences that reflect Sheologie’s standards of excellence, beauty, hospitality, and biblical truth.
The coordinator helps ensure all creative, promotional, and event-related elements are organized, brand-aligned, and executed with professionalism and intentionality, creating welcoming environments where women feel encouraged, connected, and spiritually supported.
- Manage Sheologie’s social media platforms, driving engagement and consistent follower growth.
- Develop and execute monthly social media posting calendars.
- Upon completion of the monthly social media calendar, collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to develop captions and graphic verbiage aligned with Sheologie’s standards, tone, and messaging.
- Respond to all Instagram & Facebook comments and DM’s, preferably during business hours and no later than two business days.
- Ensure all digital content reflects Sheologie’s aesthetic, mission, and approved messaging.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to support growth and event marketing goals.
- Maintain a feminine, welcoming, biblically grounded, and aesthetically elevated brand voice across all ministry operations.
- Alert supervisor of any sensitive issues that may require monitoring, reporting or intervention.
- Daily, weekly and monthly review of all social media platforms to ensure accurate information sharing.
- Attend every service and events to collect photo and video
- Edit photos from events and services
- Populate and organize smug mug
- Attend stage meetings before and after services
- Convey a sense of community and build following based on valuation of content and mutual sharing.
- Stay updated and current on Social Media algorithmic changes, updates, and trends. Study trajectory across all platforms.
- Facilitate Social Media conversations by beginning, continuing, and stimulating desired topics; following up promptly to comments and messages.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns for all Bible Studies and Special Events through strategic and engaging digital marketing efforts. Create a variety of social media content, including feed posts, teaching or value-driven content, event highlights, and experience-focused promotions that align with Sheologie’s mission and brand standards.
- Produce engaging reels and video content, including invitation videos and promotional storytelling pieces that encourage participation and build excitement around events and studies.
- Maintain active and consistent story engagement throughout promotional campaigns by sharing registration reminders, speaker highlights, engagement prompts, polls, and day-of-event reminders. Increase social media engagement and promotional visibility during the final weeks leading up to events.
- Design and develop branded graphic assets and promotional materials that support campaign messaging and maintain visual consistency across all platforms. Incorporate compelling calls-to-action that encourage registration, ticket purchases, participation, and community engagement.
Creative Direction & Design Execution
- Execute approved creative design and environmental concepts for all Bible Studies and Special Events (as approved by Lenya Heitzig & the Director).
- Design and implement stage concepts, lobby/foyer experiences, signage, and branded environments.
- Oversee décor setup and aesthetic details that enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure all environments reflect Sheologie’s standards of excellence, beauty, order, and brand integrity.
Event Planning & On-Site Execution

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with day-of-event creative, branding, and promotional coordination.
- Ensuring all visual and promotional elements are prepared, installed, and executed on schedule.
- Aligning creative elements with the full Schedule of Events.
- Take and edit photos on Tuesday evenings during Bible Study and Special Events.
- Capture photo and video content aligned with Sheologie brand standards and ministry messaging.
- Edit and organize photo/video content for future promotional and archival use.
- Maintain organized digital asset storage for creative and marketing materials.
- Develop content capture plans for Bible Studies and Special Events to maximize promotional and storytelling opportunities.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during Bible Studies, Special Events, creative workdays, and ministry gatherings.
- Take and edit photos on Tuesday evenings during Bible Study and Special Events.
- Ensure all photography and video content reflects Sheologie’s aesthetic, ministry values, and brand standards.
- Edit and organize photo/video content for promotional, archival, and storytelling purposes.
- Maintain organized digital asset storage for marketing and creative materials.
- Collaborate with the Director and Communications Coordinator to identify key moments and promotional content needs.
- Develop intentional content capture plans for Bible Studies and Special Events to maximize storytelling and engagement opportunities.
- Capture content that highlights worship, teaching, fellowship, hospitality, and the overall Sheologie experience in a visually compelling and ministry-centered way.
- Coordinate with the Production Team regarding audio, stage, screens, and lighting aesthetics.
- Build, maintain, and oversee the Sheologie Creative Team, providing direction, communication, mentorship and task delegation.
- Lead creative workdays in preparation for Bible Studies and Special Events.
- Coordinate volunteer scheduling and communication for creative workdays and event execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for all social media, promotional, and creative design questions.
- Provide progress updates to the Director regarding campaigns and creative readiness.
- Assist in post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide monthly social media performance summaries and recommendations.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Experience coordinating events, creative projects, or volunteer teams preferred.
- Ability to spiritually and professionally represent Sheologie both online and in person.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for event setup days, evening gatherings, and ministry activities required.
- Heart for ministry, hospitality, and serving women through creative communication and meaningful event experiences.
- Must have been a follower of Christ for at least six (6) months, demonstrating spiritual maturity and alignment with Sheologie’s faith-based mission.
- Active and engaged member of the Sheologie community.
- Calvary church must be your home church, and you must attend one weekend service per week.
