UP TO $10,000 Bonus

University of New Mexico Hospital is hiring RNs for Adult ICU opportunities in Albuquerque, NM. No ICU experience is required — we will train.

We have immediate RN openings across Adult ICU units, with day and night shifts available. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Cardiothoracic Vascular ICU
Trauma/Surgical ICU
Medical/Cardiac ICU
Neuroscience ICU

Pay & Incentives:

Pay: $36.18 - $47.96 per hour, based on experience
Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 available
Relocation assistance: Available
Shift differentials:
17% weekday nights
26% weekend nights
15% weekend days

Role Summary:

The Adult ICU RN provides direct patient care, implements care plans, administers medications, assists with procedures, responds to emergencies, and works closely with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
Active RN license in New Mexico, or eligible through reciprocal agreement
BLS/CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days
Ability to complete UNMH IV Verification within 6 months of hire
Ability to complete required unit-based certifications and competencies
