Qualifications

✔ Minimum of 1 year management experience required

As our Sales Manager / Operations Integrator, you will oversee inside sales performance while helping drive operational alignment across the company. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, ensuring the team performs at a high level without constant oversight.

Operations Integrator / COO – Job Description

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, execution-driven integrator to lead day-to-day operations, aligning all opportunities and decisions with our strategic vision. You will be the operational quarterback, ensuring flawless execution without constant CEO oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Filter, triage, and assign incoming opportunities to the appropriate team members.
Implement systems for rapid decision-making aligned to our strategic goals.
Own operational KPIs—efficiency, execution speed, and team accountability.
Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring teams operate in sync.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent integrator role in a scaling, multi-disciplinary company.
Strong expertise in systems-building, operations, and decision frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work with founders/CEOs and translate vision into action.
