Position: Entry-Level/Trainee Machine Operator

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Schedule: Full-Time | Daytime and Nighttime Shifts Available

Pay: Starting pay $17.00-$19.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour night shift differential

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you’ll receive hands-on training to develop the skills needed to keep our production lines running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for:

Learning how to set up and operate machines according to company procedures.
Applying your training to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues.
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborating with your team to achieve daily production goals.
Adapting to new processes and technologies that improve operations.

You don’t need prior machine operation experience! We’re looking for candidates who are:

Willing to Learn: Eager to acquire new technical and mechanical skills through on-the-job training.
Quick Learner: Able to quickly understand and apply new concepts and procedures.
Mechanical inclination: You have a natural talent for understanding how machines, tools, and mechanical systems work. You have a curious mindset and can be driven to take things apart, analyze components, and figure out how they function. You excel at troubleshooting and solving technical problems, especially through hands-on experience.
Team-Oriented: Thrive in a team environment where collaboration and communication are essential.
Adaptable: Comfortable with innovation, new technology, and changing procedures.
Problem Solver: Enjoy troubleshooting and resolving challenges with guidance.
Reliable & Flexible: Willing to work different shifts and overtime when needed to meet production demands.
Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
