Administrative ComplianceRecords Coordinator Program: Administration - Albuquerque, New MexicoDepartment: AdministrationEmployment Type: Full-Time, Hourly Non-ExemptCompensation: $22.35 per hour (approximately $46,500 annually at 40 hours/week) Are you the person who notices what everyone else misses? Do you catch the missing signature, remember the deadline, organize the file nobody else can find, and follow up until something is actually finished?Great Livin is looking for an Administrative ComplianceRecords Coordinator who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.If people regularly hear you say, "I already took care of it," we want to talk to you. What You'll Do You'll help keep Great Livin's administrative records, documentation, and compliance systems accurate, organized, current, and ready when they're needed.Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and organize electronic and paper records
Upload and manage documents in SharePoint, Therap, and other systems
Track deadlines, renewals, missing documents, and follow-up items
Maintain client records, census information, Medicaid/LOC renewal tracking, and other administrative records
Review documentation and receipts for completeness and accuracy
Follow up on missing or incomplete information
Help prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews
Maintain organized client books and administrative records
Communicate with staff, guardians, providers, vendors, and outside agencies
Support management, QA, Program, HR/Training, and Accounting with documentation needs

The role requires someone who can independently establish priorities, meet deadlines, handle recurring problems, and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Qualifications

High school diploma required
Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant administrative experience preferred
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with SharePoint, Therap, Excel, Word, Outlook, or similar systems is helpful
Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to meet required background checks and job-related training requirements

Experience with developmental-disability services, Medicaid, DD Waiver, Mi Via, or ICF-IID is helpful, but we're also interested in a strong administrative professional who has the right mindset and can learn our systems.
