Tax Manager Tax Manager

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing tax compliance and planning for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic advice to help clients optimize their tax positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the tax compliance process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance client value.
Review complex tax returns and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to provide tax guidance on business operations and transactions.
Train and mentor junior staff on tax issues and compliance matters.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or related field.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Experience in public accounting is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
