Job description:

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
- Collect rent payments and handle financial transactions related to the properties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to property management.
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track tenant interactions and maintain positive relationships.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software for file management and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts with tenants or vendors
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will interact with tenants, handle maintenance requests, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all properties are well-maintained. Your strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in managing a portfolio of properties effectively. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
