ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1986 and has grown into a team of nine who are dedicated to serving our customers at a high level. I originally planned to become a pilot, but my dad encouraged me to pursue a career as a State Farm agent and it turned out to be the perfect fit. I discovered I truly love helping others and solving problems for families in our community.

I attended LSU, and insurance runs deep in our family - my father-in-law is also an agent. Over the years, we’ve earned more than 800 five-star reviews, something we’re incredibly proud of because it reflects our commitment to service. I also built and designed our new office building to create a welcoming, professional space for both our customers and our team.

Our team enjoys PTO, paid holidays, a paid birthday off, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front. We believe in taking care of our people so they can focus on doing great work. We stay active in the community by supporting various charities and local causes. Giving back and creating a safe, supportive presence in our area is important to us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Thomson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
