Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Perform catheterization procedures as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide excellent patient service and address any concerns or questions from patients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic healthcare procedures
- Assist with airway management techniques when necessary
- Support patients with behavioral health needs in a compassionate and understanding manner

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate nature and the desire to provide exceptional care to patients
